CARTER

Carter Hume DOB: 8/22/1972

The owner and intrepid leader of Eureka Services. Enlisted at the age of 18, Carter is a seasoned Army veteran of operations in Bosnia, Mogadishu and the Gulf War. Recruited into the CIA in 1999, he performed deep recon and intelligence missions with “peerless heroism.” After a now-classified mission in Afghanistan, Carter left the CIA to start Eureka Services. Besides being in charge of all mission planning and implementation, Carter is also the pilot of the Soaring Eagle. A trained survivalist, proficient in all firearms, knowledgeable in several Arabic languages & dialects, loyal, and extremely cunning, Carter is the guiding force of the team.

BOOKS

Dr. Jessica “Books” Ezquerida, ScD DOB: 9/16/1983

The Lead scientist and researcher of Eureka Services. Books was recruited by Carter after earning her Doctorate from MIT in 2007. Formerly a theoretical physicist at the CIA's Department of Science and Technology (DST), Books is an expert at physics, geology, mathematics, and architecture. While she was offered a modeling contract on two separate occasions, she turned down both, opting for more academic pursuits. Books is by far the most knowledgeable of the group and is often the one that explains phenomena and mysteries to the team.

DAN

Dan Velasquez DOB: 4/9/1986

Carter first encountered Dan while tracking and saving a hiking party in Northern California and recruited him for Eureka Services shortly after. Dan is an expert hunter/tracker and is a graduate from several specialist survival schools. He is the most athletic of the group and can be very brave and sure-footed when the need arises. Besides being the joker on the team, he is also a self-taught master cook.

RUSTY

Wallace "Rusty" Markovich DOB: 11/20/1951

While serving on the USS Turner Joy (Seventh Fleet) during the Vietnam War, Rusty received a Bad Conduct Discharge for striking a Non-Commissioned Officer who had put other sailor’s lives at risk. Later, Rusty became a hired hand for various expeditions and archeological surveys. His years of experience and tough composition have made him an ace explorer. Rusty was recruited by Carter to join Eureka Services in 2007 along with Books and Dan. Even though he is the oldest of the team, he is always ready to fight anything considered a threat.
